1. Preamble :
1.1 Destiny is beautifully deciphered here above. Most of the time, most people desires good Destiny to accomplish their humanly works. Most of the time, barring few true devotees, most people pray to Almighty to bless - himself/herself or his/her friends /relatives / country etc. - with Good Destiny.
1.2 Most of the time, barring few true devotees, individual tends to blame his/her Bad Destiny, when he/she sees some less talented and most importantly less resourceful person to perform better or to achieve unexpected results. This is not the correct approach for healthy, joyful and peaceful life. Correct approach is to appreciate the better results - seeing it as a Almighty's task.
1.3 Almighty is equally kind to all living human beings. There is no partiality. However, in Real life, One see many people to achieve infinite results with minimal efforts and many talented people fail. Human logic fails to explain these difference in result achievement and therefore categorize people as "Destined child', and "Ordinary People"
2.1 Thus, it is important to find out
What is difference between "Destined Child" and "Ordinary people"?

2.2 Answer of this important Question may be found in above quoted Lines written by Shri Aurobindo in Savitri....
First line reads as,

Here, Shri AUROBINDO certifies that , in the eyes of Almighty, all human being are equal. Every human being has his/her claim to his/her own Destiny. In fact, Destiny is eagerly waiting for its true claimer. The world is full of infinite opportunities and there is more than enough for every one.
2.3 This However gives birth to logical Question, that is
How one should proceed further to go ahead and meet that ever waiting his/her own destiny??
2.4 Again answer of this important Question may be found in above quoted Lines written by Shri Aurobindo in Savitri....
Next two lines reads as,

2.5 When one works with one hundred percent FOCUS on his/her own little WORK on hand, no matter how little his/her work looks likes, no matter how short lived his/her work is, that little short lived WORK, automatically becomes an integral "chain link" of the greater work of Almighty. Needless to say, when the work becomes the part of Almighty's Greater work, it automatically surpasses usual limit of excellence, which can never be explained by any human logic.
2.6 Naturally, Almighty's work is always for the betterment of larger people of the Globe and continuously done on larger scale. Therefore, at a time, it is beyond and outside the ordinary range of human experience or understanding. Barring few blessed YOGIs, those are at lower level of divine consciousness cannot fully understand the Almighty's work, particularly when it is under accomplishment.
3.1 Any elaboration looks like superficial, unless supported by real life happening. There are infinite number of practical examples to support the above elaboration. Here under will Cite one example in brief, so as to save space and time :
3.2 Walter Elias "Walt" Disney (1901–1966) got success as cartoonist and could acquire his first ever studio in his home city - Kansas City. After initial years, somehow, the studio had become burdened with debt, and Walter Disney was forced to declare bankruptcy.
3.3 In spite of this failure, Walter Disney neither blamed his "BAD DESTINY" nor lost his "Focus" from his own Work as cartoonist. He moved to Hollywood with his brother Roy O. Disney and they co-founded "The Walt Disney Company" with with their remaining resources.
3.4 Who knew or how many could ever anticipated that - small, tiny "The Walt Disney Company" will survive for eighty plus years in the toughest world of media with its first time ever concept of cartoon to become world's second largest media conglomerate in terms of revenue? To understand the level of toughness of media world, citing just one example. In initial year of its establishment, "The Walt Disney Company" had to cope up with the challenge, when rival had stolen the rights to Oswald - the Lucky Rabbit (Pre-Micky Mouse era cartoon character), along with all of animator artist (except the close friend).
3.5 To stay FOCUS on core issue, let us try to find answer of key Question
Were Disney Brothers "Destined" ? or Destiny choose them ?
Eighty plus years before, answer was not easy. Fortunately enough after eighty plus years answer looks straight forward. Thanks to the TIME. Now it is evident that Almighty had a "greater divine work" on hand . Great Divine Work was to give joyful, memorable, happy happy childhood to millions of children of many generations to follow in all over the World.
3.6 Despite of his first failure in his Home city, Walter Disney did not lost FOCUS from own WORK. Along with his brother he moved to Hollywood and did a small looking work of starting a company. This smallest looking work, became the integral part of Almighty's larger work mentioned above. Having understood this one should not surprised by his survival and growth in toughest ever media field. .
3.7 Needless to repeat, still repeating, as said by AUROBINDO in Savitri, Destiny was waiting for Disney Brothers in Hollywood. They just stayed FOCUSED on their own WORK and Destiny found them.
4.1 Almighty never differentiate amongst the human being. All human being are equal and every human being has equal share of Destiny.
4.2 When someone achieves better results, than blaming "Bad Destiny" is most incorrect thing to do, as it leads to unhealthy, miserable, and impatient life. Correct thing is to appreciate success of those people and take inspiration from their FOCUS on their own WORK.
4.3 In fact , destiny is eagerly waiting for each human being and to stay FOCUSED on own WORK is the key to grab that Destiny.
